Cancellation and Weather Policies
1. Prior to 1 week in advance of a reservation customers may cancel with no penalty. Within one week but more than 48 hours in advance, clients may cancel with a $50 cancellation fee. Within 48 hours of an event a cancellation will result in 100% payment being due. Such payment, however, may be credited to any future event held within 6 months of cancellation .
2. Weather Cancellation Exception: If it is raining the day of an event citywide, cancellation without penalty can occur as long as the cancellation request is received prior to departure of our delivery vehicles or 9am whichever is earlier.
3. If winds are greater than 25MPH the day of the event, a reservation may be cancelled prior to 8:30am
4. Jump and Party reserves the right to cancel a rental if in Jump and Party's opinion weather conditions create a dangerous situation for either participants, Jump and Party staff, or Jump and Party equipment.
